Moon Rabbit

The Story:
One day, somewhere in Japan, a Mama Rabbit and her kid Bunny Rabbit were going home late at night. That night was extremely bright due to full moon. Bunny Rabbit noticed the bright full moon and got excited.
"Mama, Mama, I see a Rabbit on the moon."
"Yes, there is. Good you noticed it." Replied Mama.
"Mama, look at me. Doesn't that Rabbit on the moon looks like me?"
Mama laughed. "You silly boy, that is a Rabbit who sits there with the Moon God since long long time.
"Mama, what is he doing there?"
"He is mixing the elixir of life for all three rabbits on earth."
"Mama, how did he get there? I want to go too."
"Well I will tell you an old legend famous in our Japan on how he got there.
"Once upon a time Moon God came on Earth in the form of an old man. He asked the creatures on earth to give him food, as he was hungry. A fox, a monkey and a Rabbit were passing by. Fox ran to the river and got a fish 🐠.

Monkey 🐒 climbed up the tree 🌳 and got some fruits. Poor rabbit 🐇 could only find some dry grass. So he told the old man, "I will light the fire on grass, and jump in it. When I get roasted, you can eat me."
The old man was very touched. He turned into Moon God and told rabbit, "I am Śakra the ruler of Heaven. You are a very kind and compassionate rabbit. I want you to live with me on the Moon.
This is how the rabbit began living on moon.'
Bunny rabbit: "Wow Mama, that is such a great story."
Mama, "Śakra was moved by the rabbit's sacrifice and selflessness and took him to the moon to live with him."
Bunny, " If I am so kind, will I also go to live on the moon?"
The owl on the tree listening to their conversation smiled at this question.
Mama Rabbit was annoyed, "Stop asking silly questions, hop fast as we are getting late for home."
