Apart from Mixed Media Fine art, I also indulge in silk painting, crochet, embroidery. Most of the time, I do them as a hobby, but occaisionally I put them up for sale. This section will be of products I have designed for sale.

BIBLA Earings : A fusion of hand crocheted and hand embroidered with beadwork, exquisite pieces which are unique, affordable, durable and long lasting. They are NOT FAST FASHION pieces.

Idea behind this: Bibla was my mother’s calling name, by her siblings and parents. She retired as a Associate Professor with a Phd, MPhil and 2 MAs. Beyond this, she was an exceptional designer and an embroiderer. At the time of her marriage in 1964, her entire trousseau, including her dresses, bedsheets, cushions covers, dollies etc were created by her own hands. My daughter always said she wore designer clothes designed and sometimes sewed by Nani.
She loved wearing desi flowers, freshly picked, in her ears. So these earings are an attempt to pay tribute to my exceptionally artsy mother, to whom I owe all my creative skills. We lsot her 2 years ago.
Also, Gold and silver are beyond reach and risky to wear. Leave them for investments. Jewelry should be an elegant statement piece that is risk free and affordable.

So BIBLA earings are earings that will stand out and turn heads !!!
